Executive Development Retreats are short term, low intensity programs for individuals or small groups, custom designed to provide one-on-one development and coaching in personal or business related issues in a relaxed environment.
Coaching is provided by carefully selected Associates who are experienced and appropriately qualified in the the areas that have been identified for improvement or development.
Experience has shown that the most appropriate environment for accepting and patterning real change is in relaxed and casual surroundings away from the day-to-day pressures of home or business. We will discuss your particular needs and provide recommendations on appropriate locations or you may nominate a location of your choice. We are then able to make all the arrangements including travel, accommodation to suit your needs.
